01 / Scope

Service Overview

Global Fine Solutions provides strategic, financial, and operational advisory services to institutional clients. Outputs are opinions and analyses for your consideration—not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice unless separately engaged under a qualified professional.

Fee-bearing work is documented under a master services agreement (MSA) and statements of work. These website terms do not create a client relationship; they supplement until a contract is signed.

Strategy & planning

Corporate and business unit strategy, capital allocation, and operating model design.

Risk & resilience

Risk identification, scenario analysis, and governance recommendations alongside your risk owners.

02 / Partnership

Client Responsibilities

A.

Information Integrity

The client must provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for Global Fine Solutions to perform the services. Delays in information provision will affect timelines and may affect fees as set out in the applicable SOW.

B.

Internal Alignment

The Client is responsible for ensuring internal stakeholders are aligned with the strategic direction provided by our consultants to ensure successful implementation.

03 / Assets

Intellectual Property

GFS Retained Rights

Pre-existing methodologies, tools, and know-how remain the property of Global Fine Solutions. Client-provided information and your own pre-existing IP stay yours.

Client Deliverables

Upon full payment of all fees, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the specific deliverables produced under an active SOW for their internal business operations.

04 / Risk Management

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of either party exceed the total amount paid for services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Illustrative language only—your executed MSA and SOW control liability caps and exclusions.

Exclusion

Indirect and consequential damages are typically excluded to the extent permitted by law; your MSA may state different caps or carve-outs.

05 / Governing Law

Sultanate of Oman

Unless a signed master agreement or statement of work expressly states otherwise, disputes arising solely from browsing or submitting non-binding enquiries through this website are subject to the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, with the courts of Muscat having non-exclusive jurisdiction.
